Things I can help with

Things I cannot help with
I am an independent guide to other people’s tours, not an operator and not a booking agent. I cannot sell, reserve, hold, move or refund a place on any departure. I cannot change or cancel a booking made elsewhere either — that goes through the platform you booked with, using the confirmation they sent you.
I also cannot confirm a restriction on your behalf, and the restrictions are where most Bergen bookings go wrong. If you are vegan or vegetarian, allergic to dogs, under 20, travelling with a non-folding wheelchair or a non-folding stroller, or you need step-free access that a listing does not state, ask the operator through the platform before you travel. What each listing says about diet and what each says about access are as far as I can take you.
And I cannot tell you what a particular departure will be like on a particular date — which guide is on, how full it is, or what the weather will do. It rains here on about two hundred days a year and the tours go ahead in it. What that actually means for a day out.
Before you write
Four questions arrive most weeks and all four already have pages. Is there really only one food tour: more or less, yes, and here is the shelf. Is the waterfalls bus a food tour: no, it is one waffle in six hours. Is Bergen expensive to eat in: yes, and here is what drives it. Do I need cash: almost never, and the law changed anyway.
